The Melbourne Zen Group Committee is elected annually under the group’s constitution.

Committee Responsibilities

The Committee ensures our group activities are run in an effective and ethical way. Its responsibilities include financial management, the management of formal grievance and complaints processes, and the report and investigation of allegations under the Reportable Conduct Scheme for child safety.

If you wish to speak informally to a Committee member, there is usually at least one committee member present at most of our weekly group meditation meetings. Committee members’ personal contact details are included in each monthly member newsletter.
