Our weekly sits include three 25-minute blocks of sitting meditation followed by 25 minutes of Dharma sharing. Dharma sharing is an opportunity to share our experiences of practice with each other. The sharing begins with a prompt for contemplation, and everyone present is invited to share what feels true in their heart. There is no obligation to speak during Dharma sharing.
